Is the ‘insertion pill, blood-expelling pill’ sold online real?

Many pages and online stores use the terms “insertion pill,” “blood-expelling pill,” “abortion pill” with claims of being “safe,” “no need to see a doctor,” “delivered to your home.” But in reality — there’s no way to know what the pills you receive actually are. Many people who contact us for advice receive unbranded, unlabeled pills with no instructions, or buy from pages that disappear after payment.

Dangers of “unknown source pills”

  • Incorrect dosage / improper use → Risk of incomplete abortion
  • Some people experience heavy bleeding / infection → Life-threatening risk
  • No one to care for you if side effects occur

Even if they use the “same name,” real medication must be under medical supervision and always evaluated before use.

Don’t risk your life. If you need to terminate a pregnancy, safe options do exist and are more accessible than you might think
