
The Provincial Social Development and Human Security Office provides social welfare and social work services related to unplanned pregnancy issues as follows

Emergency assistance for those facing social problems
Target group
- Individuals facing immediate distress or expected to face it in the near future
- Must be resolved promptly to prevent other social issues from arising
- Initial assistance before providing welfare, development, and rehabilitation to enable self-help
Assistance guidelines
- Assistance in cash or kind not exceeding 2,000 baht per time per family
- In cases where assistance exceeds 2,000 baht per time per family, it is at the discretion of the provincial governor

2. Assistance for children in poor families
Target group
- Children from birth to 18 years old (if studying, not over 20 years old) facing distress, including:
1. Children whose parents or either parent or guardian face conditions preventing them from earning a living, such as illness, disability, imprisonment, etc.
2. Orphaned or abandoned children under the care of a guardian
3. Children in impoverished families unable to support them
Assistance guidelines
Assistance for children in poor families aims to help children and families in distress, enabling families to support their children appropriately without unnecessary separation. Assistance includes:
- Assistance in cash or kind
- 1,000 baht per time for families with one child
- Not exceeding 3,000 baht per time for families with more than one child
2. Assistance in both cash and kind
- Not exceeding 2,000 baht per time for families with one child
- Not exceeding 3,000 baht per time for families with more than one child

- Copy of ID card of father, mother, or guardian
- Copy of house registration of father, mother, or guardian
- Birth certificate/ID card of the child
- Copy of house registration of the child
3. Assistance for AIDS patients and their families
“AIDS patient” means a patient certified and diagnosed by a doctor, living in poverty or abandoned, lacking support, unable to earn a living, and registered in the current residential area in the province. “Supporter” means those caring for AIDS patients, such as parents, children, spouses, relatives, or others living in the patient’s home, or those consented by the patient, excluding care facilities or similar organizations.
Assistance for AIDS patients and their families, assistance guidelines aims to alleviate distress for families of AIDS patients by providing cash for consumption, medical expenses, or occupational funds, not exceeding 2,000 baht per time per family, and assistance can be provided up to 3 times per family.

Assistance for children in families affected by AIDS, assistance guidelines aims to help children in families affected by AIDS, providing up to 1,000 baht per child per time, and not exceeding 3,000 baht if there is more than one child.

- Copy of death certificate of parents, 1 copy
