Ministry of Public Health Announcement on Examination and Counseling Options for Termination of Pregnancy under Section 305(5) of the Penal Code B.E. 2565, stipulating that women who are more than 12 weeks but not more than 20 weeks pregnant and wish to terminate the pregnancy must undergo examination and receive counseling options from medical practitioners and other professionals before deciding to confirm the termination of pregnancy, to ensure that the woman’s decision is based on complete and comprehensive information.
