Receive medication at “Warm Community Pharmacy” for free!!
Starting from today onwards
The National Health Security Office (NHSO) collaborates with the Pharmacy Council to launch the “New Pharmacy Model Common Illness” project to manage minor illnesses in pharmacies by pharmacists, with follow-up on symptoms 3 days after receiving medication.
Steps to receive service:
1. Check the list of participating pharmacies near your home at
or look for the “My Quality Pharmacy” sticker for minor illness services.
2. Go to the pharmacy, bring your ID card. The pharmacist will conduct an initial screening of symptoms, provide medication with usage instructions (or recommend seeing a doctor if symptoms require medical treatment).
3. The pharmacist will follow up on the patient’s symptoms on the 3rd day after dispensing medication.
