
1663 is a telephone consultation service to alleviate concerns, help find options for problem management, and refer quality services to clients. It is available every day from 09:00 – 21:00.
Job Details
• Provide consultation on AIDS and unplanned pregnancy, with a minimum of 4 shifts/month, and the ability to choose shifts (morning shift 09:00-15:00, afternoon shift 15:00-21:00).
• The foundation supports travel and meal expenses.
• Work at the AIDS Access Foundation, 48/282 Center Place Project, Ramkhamhaeng Road 104, Saphan Sung, Bangkok.
Qualifications
• Interested in volunteer work for society.
• A good listener who can accept different opinions.
Applications are open from September 1 – October 15, 2022.
There will be an interview to assess the mentioned qualifications and attend various important training courses for the consultation process on the following dates and times:
October 26-28, 2022 Training on counseling skills and understanding HIV/AIDS and gender issues.
November 2-4, 2022 Training on information about treatment for HIV/AIDS patients and applying this information in counseling.
November 7-11, 2022 Practical training on counseling in HIV/AIDS issues (choose one convenient day).
From November 14, 2022 onwards, take shifts for HIV/AIDS counseling at the AIDS Access Foundation.
Training for counseling services in cases of unplanned pregnancy will be scheduled again (after providing actual services on HIV/AIDS issues for a period of 1 month).
