Many women in this world have experienced terminating a pregnancy just like us. Although it may not be a very good experience or may be terrible, it allows us to learn and understand the world more, making us live more cautiously and with greater understanding.

Things to do after terminating a pregnancy
Take the prescribed medication correctly and completely. If you experience abdominal pain, you can take pain relief medication using 500 mg of paracetamol, taking 2 tablets every 6 hours, and resume your daily routine once you feel better.

Do not place a hot water bag on your abdomen on the first day of treatment, but use an ice pack instead if there is heavy bleeding.
Avoid taking blood-stimulating drugs or any kind of herbal liquor.
Avoid activities that require a lot of exertion, such as lifting heavy objects or intense exercise, for about 1-2 days.
Although you can have sexual intercourse after there is no vaginal bleeding, it is better to abstain for about 3 weeks because there is a chance of getting pregnant again even if your period hasn’t returned (about 11 days after termination, you can get pregnant again). Contraception should be used, with the easiest, most convenient, and immediately usable method being condoms. Emergency contraceptive pills should not be used because their low effectiveness may lead to another pregnancy. If you plan to have regular sexual intercourse, you should choose a highly effective contraceptive method, such as an intrauterine device or contraceptive implant.
