
Vietnam has a clear population policy of having 2 children. If there are more children, or if a child is conceived when not ready, it is legally permissible to terminate the pregnancy, and services can be accessed at hospitals. If a government official wishes to terminate a pregnancy, they have the right to request leave to receive services. Therefore, there are no specific services for mothers who are not ready for pregnancy and have to care for the child themselves
