Some places requested to delay services to observe the system. This means that the already limited number of facilities that can provide abortion services have even fewer that can actually provide services. Now, public hospitals are being asked by the Ministry of Public Health to continue providing services as before. Hospitals have to help by bearing the burden themselves, or some places have to refuse services altogether…”
