Gestational age at which pregnancy can be terminated
- Gestational age not exceeding 12 weeks can be terminated without specifying a reason
- Gestational age 12–20 weeks requires comprehensive counseling and must be a voluntary decision by the pregnant person
- Can be terminated at any gestational age if the pregnancy affects the physical or mental health of the pregnant person, the fetus has severe disabilities, the pregnant person is under 15 years old, or the pregnancy resulted from abuse without needing a police report
